Nicholas Booker is a Colorado musician. As a performer, educator, academic and composer, he works with many ways of making and studying music. He holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Denver and is studying at the University of Northern Colorado for his Master of Music degree.
Nicholas' performance experience with the 101st Army Band, All Those Who Wander, with other groups and solo includes performances at venues including the Sydney Opera House, the Auckland Town Hall, Civic Center Park in Denver, CO, the Union Colony Civic Center in Greeley, CO, the Pikes Peak Center in Colorado Springs, CO, and on radio stations throughout Colorado and Nebraska.

Nicholas has been active in the music education community as and instructor at Morgan Community College, a music teacher at the Converge School and Day Treatment Center, a private music instructor in Northeastern Colorado, and a guest lecturer for Classics for Kids in Colorado Springs, CO and Fort Morgan Library.

Nicholas Booker is a Master of Music Student at the University of Northern Colorado. He graduated cum laude from the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Music degree in 2014. As a researcher, he has written primarily on the subjects of music education, jazz and American folk music.

Nicholas has written for solo instruments and chamber ensembles and had works performed throughout the state of Colorado at the University of Colorado, Boulder, the University of Denver, and elsewhere in Colorado Springs and Denver.
